Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Active MN RN license (non-compact)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC (AHA certified)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience floating to similar units
• Prior exposure to night shifts and 12-hour schedules

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Valid MN RN license
• Prior emergency department experience

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float as needed
• No on-call or holiday requirements
• RTO requests of 7 days or less preferred
