Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community? Douglas Care Center is seeking enthusiastic LPNs to join our day shift team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Required Skills:

Valid LPN license in Wyoming
Strong patient care skills with compassionate bedside manner
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Basic CPR and First Aid certification
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited LPN program
Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

Availability to work 8-hour day shifts, with flexibility for 13-week assignments
Ability to start as soon as possible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
