Join Our Team as an RN in Skilled Nursing Facility – 12-Hour Day Shift!

Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming skilled nursing environment? We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide top-quality care on a 12-hour NIGHT shift, supporting residents' health and well-being. This exciting opportunity offers a rewarding role where your skills directly enhance patient outcomes in a collaborative setting.

Required Skills:

Valid RN license and current state certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Compassionate patient care and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
Prior experience working in skilled nursing or similar long-term care settings

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday
Ability to work 6P-6:30A shifts
Must meet all facility-specific health and certification requirements
