Position Details:

Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – 36-bed facility

What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, quality care to residents during overnight shifts
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and well-being
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all healthcare regulations
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Deliver patient-centered care tailored to the needs of each individual

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings
Active RN license in Nebraska or eligible for licensure
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Compensation & Perks:

Competitive pay rate of $21.00/hour
Weekly housing stipend of $770 to assist with accommodations
Travel stipend and support provided
