Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics
• BLS/CPR certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work overnight hours from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements
