Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and excellent bedside manner
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in long-term care or geriatric settings
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• CPR and First Aid certification

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience working in LTC or similar healthcare environments

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current licensure and certification as required
• Ability to work evenings and adapt to shift schedules
