Required Skills:

• Valid state RN license
• Proven experience in medical or correctional nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
• Knowledge of inmate healthcare protocols and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in correctional or institutional settings
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in correctional or acute care settings

Other Requirements:

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to work the evening shift
• Must pass all required background and security screenings
