RN Corrections Night

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare protocols and safety procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in correctional or inpatient settings
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in correctional, emergency, or acute care

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work overnight shifts from 2200-0630
• Valid nursing license in good standing
• Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance
