Required Skills:

• Valid RN licensure in the state of practice
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to LTC/SNF settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM, with a consistent schedule of 36 hours weekly
• Minimal RTO requests
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant clinical environment
• Location: State College PA in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
