Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Corrections RNs for immediate placement at Clark County Jail in Vancouver, WA. This is a fast-paced correctional setting requiring reliable, adaptable nursing professionals to provide compassionate care to inmates. The position offers a quick turnaround—submitting interviews and offers within 24 hours.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 3x12 schedule, covering day and night shifts, with potential every-other-weekend coverage if needed. The assignment starts within 2-3 weeks after offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility
Assess, monitor, and document inmate health conditions
Administer medication and treatments following facility protocols
Collaborate with law enforcement and facility staff to ensure safety and health standards
Comply with all correctional facility policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Qualifications:

Valid and unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington
Minimum of 3-6 months of corrections experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a correctional environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible with shifts and schedule, with no more than 4 days of RTO
