Job Details:

• Weekly Pay: Up to $1,246 stipend plus hourly rate
• Pay Range: $27/hr (local rate); $50/hr OT; $51/hr with overtime available
• Shifts: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening shifts)
• Contract Length: 26 weeks (May 28 – November 28)
• Start Date: Immediate consideration for subs within 48 hours

Required Skills:

• Valid PA RN license with psychiatric experience
• Strong abilities in crisis intervention and patient evaluation
• Knowledge of acute psychiatric treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a state or acute psychiatric facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with de-escalation techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be a PA-licensed RN with a valid license and current certifications
• Ability to work in a secure, hospital setting in Danville, PA
• Local candidates are welcome
