Psych RN - Behavioral Health - Summit, PA

Join a dedicated behavioral health facility in Clarks Summit, PA, as a Psych Registered Nurse and provide vital mental health care to patients in need. Job Details:

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,566
• Pay Range: $33/hr for non-local candidates, $51/hr for locals
• Overtime Pay: $50/hr (or $77/hr locally)
• Shift: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 5 days per week
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Start Date: June 11th or every other week
• OT Availability: Yes
• Location: Clarks Summit, PA

Required Skills:

• Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
• Strong assessment and patient care abilities
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Excellent communication and detailed documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous night shift experience
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Crisis intervention or de-escalation expertise

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work night shifts consistently
• Additional certifications such as CPI or Crisis Prevention preferred but not mandatory
• No travel; local candidates preferred
