Job Details:

• Weekly Pay: $2,566 gross
• Pay Range: $33/hour, OT at $50/hour
• Shifts: Float schedule including 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and/or 10:00 PM–6:30 AM hours
• Contract Duration: Ongoing, with next start date on 08/03/2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Overtime: Available
• Setting: Correctional facility, Mercer, PA

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in correctional, emergency, or acute care nursing preferred
• Ability to work a flexible float schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities
• Previous correctional or law enforcement healthcare experience
• Certification in CPR/BLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license (state of Pennsylvania)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in correctional or acute care settings

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in a correctional environment in Mercer, PA
