• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Pay Rate: $85.00 per hour
• Weekly Gross Pay Range: $2,200 - $2,400
• Weekly Housing Stipend: $1,001
• Guarantee Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift: 8-hour Night shifts
• Location: Morris Plains, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality mental health nursing care to patients in a psychiatric unit during night shifts.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care strategies.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and comfort of patients while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Behavioral Health nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong understanding of psychiatric patient care and mental health protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle complex patient needs.
