Job Details:

• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
• Weekly Gross Pay Range: $2,100 – $2,200
• Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
• Overtime Pay: $75/hour (may be available)
• Guarantee Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as MDS Coordinator, managing resident assessments and care planning.
• Lead infection prevention and control efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Document Medicare and Medicaid requirements accurately.
• Respond promptly to urgent facility needs during on-call hours.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Nebraska.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Experience with MDS processes and resident assessments.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid documentation and infection control protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as an Infection Preventionist.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and surveillance systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to function effectively as an Infection Preventionist and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility in Nebraska City, NE.
