Corrections RN needed at a leading acute-care hospital located in Franklin, Wisconsin, with WellPath Corrections. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Corrections setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the Community Reintegration Center, providing essential care and support to individuals in a correctional environment.

As a Corrections RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and reintegration process for individuals in the corrections system.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies within the facility.
Support the rehabilitation process through patient education and advocacy.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
Experience in corrections or similar settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
