We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN specializing in Telemetry to join our team on a contract basis in Shreveport, Louisiana. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a general unit setting, providing high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Louisiana.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
