Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab at a leading acute-care hospital in Boston, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care and advanced cardiac procedures.

As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and assisting in cardiac catheterization procedures. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing these critical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform imaging procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience, including skills with Impella, telemetry, and IABP.
• Ability to independently read telemetry strips and pass the tele exam on day 1 with 85% or better.
• Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology and Level I Trauma Center.
• Required Certifications: ARRT or RCIS, MA License, BLS, and ACLS.

This position involves a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, with on-call responsibilities during nights, weekends, and one major holiday. A 30-minute callback time is expected for on-call situations.
