Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN in Boston, MA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on high-quality patient care. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles approximately 3,000 deliveries per year, providing essential services to expectant mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Independently read and interpret telemetry strips.
• Assist in high-risk obstetric cases and OR circulator duties.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications, including BLS and NRP.
• Complete all lessons on NRP prior to assignment start.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D RN experience.
• Experience as an OR circulator is required.
• Must pass telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher.
• EPIC experience is mandatory.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
• Evidence of completing Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course, preferably AWHONN.
• Preferred certification in Dysrhythmia/Telemetry interpretation.

This facility features 9 labor rooms, 2 operating and recovery rooms, and 5 triage rooms, ensuring a well-equipped environment for both staff and patients. The position requires E/O Weekend and E/O Holiday shifts, with a rotation between 7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p.

Local talent residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
