Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Acute Care Float Registered Nurse in Mountain Home, AR. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs with a passion for patient care and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including stepdown experience, and critical care experience is preferred. Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

As an Acute Care Float RN, you will support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units. You may also be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to the ER, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit.
• Provide leadership within the nursing team.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served through the model of Shared Governance.
• Collaborate with all members of the health care team, focusing on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current AR or Compact State RN license in good standing.
• Certification: BLS required.
• Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
