Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry in Laconia, NH. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a contract position with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality nursing care, particularly for patients in the MedSurg and Telemetry units. The ideal candidate will possess advanced telemetry experience and be prepared to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a guaranteed 36-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the MedSurg and Telemetry settings.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Submission Requirements:

• Must have advanced telemetry experience.
• Willing to accept local candidates (within 50 miles) at the local rate.
• Up-to-date resume demonstrating 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (specialty) and travel experience.
• Skills checklist matching specialty required.
• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• NURSYS report for license verification with all active RN licenses.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner (experience preferred but not required).
• Experience with Cardizem and Insulin drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on Tele is preferred.
• First-time travelers with good experience will be considered.
• May float to the psych annex (orientation provided) and lower acuity settings in addition to MedSurg/Telemetry.
• Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin or Concord on an emergency basis only.
