Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg unit in Laconia, NH. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care while working in a dynamic environment. We are looking for dedicated RNs with a passion for providing high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management.

Requirements:

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with advanced telemetry experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications.
• 2 recent charge/manager RN references.
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner preferred but not required).
• Experience with Cardizem and Insulin Drips (for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on Tele.
• Willingness to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin & Concord Hospital on an emergency basis only.
• First-time travelers with good experience will be considered.
