Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Acute Care Float Registered Nurse in Mountain Home, AR. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide critical patient care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities: As a Float Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while demonstrating leadership within the nursing team. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance. Collaboration with all members of the healthcare team is essential, with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current AR or Compact State RN license in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum of one year experience preferred. Applicants with no experience will be required to successfully complete a residency program.
• Certification: BLS required.
• Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
