Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a leading healthcare facility in Canton, GA. We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for patient care and a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients, monitoring their vital signs and recovery progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PACU or similar setting.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered.
