Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry in Franklin, NH. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurg and Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Requirements:

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Up-to-date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (MedSurg/Telemetry) and documents travel experience.
• 2 recent Charge/Manager RN references.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% during onboarding.
• NURSYS Report for license verification with all active RN licenses.
• RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner (not required).
• Experience with Cardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on Tele preferred.
• First-time travelers with good experience will be considered.

Travelers may be requested to float to a nearby facility if needed.
