We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrics Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in a Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit (PIMC) in Portland, OR. This role is ideal for RNs with pediatric experience who are committed to providing high-quality care to children aged 0-18 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intermediate level care for medical/surgical patients, excluding obstetric patients.
• Care for populations including non-ICU neurosurgical, video EEG, peritoneal dialysis, chronic trach/ventilated patients, and complex post-op patients.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and engage in collaborative decision-making and teamwork.
• Exemplify the principles of a Culture of Safety and commit to a Just Culture.

Requirements:

• 1 year of pediatric experience.
• Vent experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications.

Preferred:

• Some EVD or PD experience.

The Clinical RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and efficient care consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
