Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry at a leading healthcare facility in Farragut, TN. We are seeking dedicated and skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs looking to advance their careers while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver total patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR.

Requirements:

• Current RN Licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (completion of all ALC modules required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00-07:00) and every other weekend.
• Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Information:

• Patient ratio: 1:4-1:5.
• Scrubs: Royal blue, no fake nails allowed.
• No call required.
• Travelers must submit necessary information and requirements to avoid rejection.
