The Labor and Delivery unit (707) is equipped with 16 beds and staffed by a dedicated team of 120 professionals, including charge nurses, patient care technicians, certified surgical technologists, and registered nurses. The patient ratios are 1:1 to 1:2, ensuring personalized care for every patient. The unit utilizes advanced equipment such as Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring, with Cerner as the electronic medical record system.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have 2+ years of L&D experience
• High-risk experience
• Immediate newborn care

Preferred Skills:

• Circulating experience

Required Certifications:

• NRP
• BLS/ALS
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring
