• Patient Ratios: 75% productivity
• Type of Equipment: Inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital settings
• EMR: Meditech
• On Call Requirement: No
• Floating Requirement: Yes, will float to acute care pending rehab census

Typical Hiring Profile:

• Must Have: Inpatient Rehab experience (candidates without this will not be considered)
• Preferred: Acute care experience, post-acute therapy services, former HCA experience

Typical Procedures Performed:

• Initial evaluation, treatment progression, care planning, team conference, discharge planning, and quality indicators
• Patient-centered, team collaborative care
