Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Arlington, TX. This contract position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on high-risk obstetrics. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns during their most critical moments.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 23
- Patient Ratios: 2:1
- EMR: CPN/Meditech
- On Call Requirement: 1 shift every 4 weeks
- Floating Requirement: within women's services - Postpartum/Antepartum
Typical Procedures:
- All high-risk OB care including magnesium and insulin drips
- Circulate and scrub during procedures
Typical Hiring Profile:
- Must Have:
- 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB L&D
- NRP; intermediate fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS
- Preferred:
- OBED experience
- High-risk/high-volume experience

As a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery, you will be required to work three shifts during any requested time off weeks, as well as two major winter holidays and one minor winter holiday. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in a competitive market.
