Join our team as a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse in Mayfield Heights, OH! We are seeking dedicated RNs for a 13-week contract position with night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have a valid Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
