Join our team as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT! We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a leading acute-care hospital known for its commitment to patient care and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU required.
- Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS.
- Weekend requirements: Every other weekend.
- Pending licenses accepted.
- Must be open to floating within scope to meet facility needs.
- RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
