We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. This role is within a fast-paced 15-bed Surgical/Trauma ICU at a leading acute-care hospital, focusing on surgical and trauma adult critical care patients. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

This position offers the opportunity for either 36 or 48 hours per week, with a night shift schedule of 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Please note that block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. Additionally, you will be required to work every other weekend and 2 out of the 3 winter holidays. The facility can approve 40 hours for time off.

To qualify for this role, you must have a valid BLS and ACLS certification and be able to adhere to the facility's float policy. Epic experience is also required. We welcome candidates who are in the process of obtaining their VA license.
