Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to other ICU units as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.

Requirements:

• Must possess current RN licensure.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to pass EKG testing before the start date.
• Availability to float required: Yes, 2 weekends per month or every other weekend.
• Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated.

This position operates on a Night 3x12-Hour shift from 19:00 to 07:30, with a contract duration of 13 weeks starting on 10/19/2026. Note that local travelers (within 75 miles of the facility) will be compensated at a rate $10 less than the traveler bill rate.
