Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse in Salisbury, NC. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in interventional radiology will be utilized effectively. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.

Job Details:

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology is required.
Traveler Experience: First-time travelers are accepted.
Skills Required: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry, and STEMI call experience.
Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.
Preferred Skills: IV Start, Triage, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation.
Target Ratios: 1:3-4.
Call Requirement: Weekday call from 16:00-07:30, weekend call from Friday 16:00 to Monday 07:30.
Call Team: Consists of three staff members, including one RN.
Patient Diagnoses: Includes interventional radiology, invasive cardiology, peripheral vascular, and EP device implant procedures.
Special Equipment: MAC Lab, IVUS, Toshiba Angio Lab, Angio Jet, Pneumbra Thromblis System, and more.
Unit Orientation: 16 hours; scrubs provided.

All staff practice a weekly rotation providing procedure coverage for all services listed, with 24/7 call coverage for STEMI/emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures. Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures with a callback time of 30 minutes for STEMIs.

***Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.***
