Unit Profile:

• Department: Mountain View Unit
• Facility Type: Behavioral Health
• Unit Characteristics: Beautiful 3-year-old state-of-the-art behavioral health unit, experienced staff, lowest restraint rate in Massachusetts, excellent work environment.
• Internal Support: Internal medical group to address all medical concerns, full team of rehab staff for group programming, social work staff, and 3 unit psychiatrists.

Required Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)
• Handle with Care (HWC - can be completed on site if needed)

Experience:

• 3 years working with mental health patients in a locked setting
• Ability to pass medications utilizing Omni Cell

• Schizoaffective Disorder
• Major Depression
• Substance Abuse
• Chronic medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, COPD)

Education:

• BSN preferred
