Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel Med Surg RN with Rehab experience in Kirksville, MO. This contract position offers the opportunity to work nights, providing essential care to patients in a supportive environment. With a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care, you will be responsible for managing up to 10 inpatient rehab patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients, with the potential to absorb med-surg patients if swing volume decreases.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:10 for swing patients.
• Float to other units for tasking as needed, ensuring competencies are met.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Med Surg and Rehab experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to accommodate call requirements, with no standing call but possible on-call shifts based on volume.
• Weekend shifts required.

This position includes a flexible approach to scheduling, with blocked scheduling requests accommodated. Scrub colors are any solid color, and the electronic medical record system used is MedHost.
