We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Telemetry (Tele) experience to join our team in Plymouth, MA. This contract position is ideal for RNs looking to contribute to a leading healthcare environment during the winter staffing needs.

The contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly, excluding any on-call time worked. Please note that no more than three days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted, and no holiday RTO will be approved. A flu vaccination is required during compliance.

This position involves a 12-hour night shift, with weekends and holidays expected. RNs will be required to pass a PASS/FAIL ECG/Telemetry test and a medications test during onboarding, with only one attempt allowed to pass. Dysrhythmia and medication tests will be administered via Zoom Protector meeting prior to the assignment, and RNs must test within 48 hours of the offer. A passing score of 85% is required, and there is no opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so preparation using the provided study guide is highly recommended.

RNs will be expected to float to like units and overflow areas as needed. The minimum requirements for this role include:

• At least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Able to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• ACLS AHA Certification required
• Documented professional developmental activities
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
