We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading acute-care hospital in Columbus, OH. This contract position in the Emergency Department (ER) offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications required
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, stroke-certified, and STEMI-certified facility preferred
• Must be comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergency care

Additional Details:

• Ratios: 1:3.5
• EPIC documentation
• Pyxis Float required
• Every other or every third weekend
• First-time travelers accepted
• Ohio RN license required
• 36 hours of orientation

Parking Options:

• The WB and CXS permits require annual payment upfront and are not available as monthly permits.
• The WMC permit is available monthly with 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage - $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days.
• WB Annual Permit: $196.20/year for weekend and holiday access.
• CXS Annual Permit: $393.96/year for multiple parking locations.
• Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from the medical center.
• The Pink Shuttle runs every 3-5 minutes during peak times, reaching the medical center in approximately 8-9 minutes.
