Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care. We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide high-quality nursing care in our Acute Care Float Pool.

Ratios: 1:5

Years of Experience Required: 2 Years

First-timers Accepted: Yes, can screen to manager

Weekend Requirement: Yes - Every Other Weekend

Certifications Required: BCLS required; CPI preferred

Call Requirement: No

Floating within Hospital: Yes, within scope

Floating to Sister Hospitals: No

Open to Accommodating Block Schedule: No - unless posting states otherwise

Locals Accepted: Yes

Pending License Accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: 1 Week Max

Special Notes: This unit deals with medical, surgical, medical telemetry, surgical telemetry, infusion, ortho, and neurosurgery.

Guaranteed Hours: In the event of low census, healthcare providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift's worth of hours in a 2-week cycle. For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
