Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Seattle, WA. This contract position in the Emergency Department (ER) offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-acuity patients, including those with oncology, cardiology, and transplant histories, as well as a small pediatric population and patients with psych/behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC charting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, PALS; TNCC and CEN preferred.
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Weekend availability is required unless otherwise stated in the schedule.
• Exceptional evaluations from Manager or Director level references are preferred.

Additional Information:

• Floating within the hospital is required; floating to sister hospitals is not.
• Guaranteed hours may vary; in the event of low census, healthcare providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call.
• Scrubs are provided for OR personnel; any color is acceptable.
• Parking costs are $10.26 daily.
