We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is a contract position with a night shift schedule, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of labor and delivery experience, with first-time travelers accepted if they meet the experience requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to adult women of childbearing age in a busy labor and delivery unit.
• Work in a unit with 7 labor beds, 3 triage beds, 2 PACU, and 16 mother-baby rooms.
• Ensure compliance with required certifications: BLS and NRP are mandatory, while AWHONN Intermediate is preferred.
• Participate in weekend shifts as required, unless otherwise specified in the schedule.
• Float within the hospital as needed, but not to sister hospitals.

Additional Information:

• Guaranteed hours may be affected by low census, with potential call-offs or on-call placements in 4-hour increments.
• Hospital highlights include being a Magnet and Teaching Center with a Level 4 Trauma designation.
• Scrubs will be provided for OR personnel, and any color is acceptable.
• Charting will be done using EPIC.
• Monthly parking costs are approximately $85.15.
