Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Stockbridge, GA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns. With a focus on quality and patient-centered care, you will be an integral part of a supportive healthcare team.

Unit Details:

Weekend: Every Other
Call: One 12-hour shift per schedule
Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed

Minimum Experience: 2 years - Unit accepts first-time travelers.

Clinical Screen: Candidates will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit. If the clinical pass aligns with guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

RTO: Maximum 7 days.

Holidays: If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving/Black Friday
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Compliance: Full compliance is required to start on time. If not compliant, the pushback is 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Locals accepted at the same rate.

Note: The number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment).
