Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Tyler, TX. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in our Medical-Surgical ICU. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS*, PALS*.
• Patient ratios: 1:2.
