Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Hood River, OR. We welcome first-time travelers and those with one year of experience! This position requires floating between units, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in the ICU and Med-Surg settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2.
• Float to Med-Surg units as needed, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid nursing license.
• Ability to float to other units based on skill sets.
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
• Weekends are required every other weekend.
• No on-call shifts required.

This facility is a Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center with 25 staffed beds and is recognized as a teaching hospital. Scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child settings, and there is no fee for parking.
