Join a leading healthcare provider as an ICU Registered Nurse in Fayetteville, NC. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care. We are looking for skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in our ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must pass EKG exam, no exceptions.
• Provide care to critically ill patients in the ICU with a patient ratio of 1:2-3.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• First-timers are not preferred; experience is necessary.
• Weekend availability is required, every other weekend.
• Must be open to floating between like units as needed.
• Local candidates are not accepted due to a 50-mile radius rule from the main campus.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.

Additional Information:

• Guaranteed hours based on contracted shifts with a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment.
• Return Staff Policy: Must be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once) and must be gone for 6 months to return.
• Scrub Color: Royal blue and white.
• Charting: Epic.
