Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Neurology at a leading acute-care hospital in Fayetteville, NC. We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment. This position requires a commitment to working nights and includes a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including adults and children in the ICU.
• Float between like units as needed to meet facility demands.
• Adhere to the facility's call-off policy, ensuring all contracted shifts are fulfilled.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Must be comfortable working with both pediatric and adult patients.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• No holiday RTO will be accepted; only 4 days or less of RTO allowed.
• Must float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Local candidates are not accepted due to a 50-mile radius rule.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.

• Type of Facility: Short-term acute care Level III Trauma Center / Teaching Hospital.
• Total Staffed Beds: 733.
• Scrub Color: Solid Black or Black and White.
• Charting: Epic.
• Return Staff Policy: Must be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler; system has a 2 contract limit.
