Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in patient care while enjoying the vibrant community of Chattanooga, TN.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 9
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 and 3:1
• Unit Staffing Description: All RN staff
• Type of Equipment: Ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, GE monitors
• Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling Requirements: Self-scheduling with manager oversight, including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule.

Floating Policy: All staff (including Travel RNs) are required to float as needed for critical staffing needs in Med-Surg or ED.

Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals >75%.

Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:

• Must Have: ICU experience (>2 years), teamwork skills, New Grad RN support.
• Advanced Skills Needed: Ventilator, IV Drip titration, Arterial Line management.

Procedures Performed on Unit: Intubation, Central Line insertions, Art Line insertions.

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs.
