Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in Pediatric care at a leading acute-care hospital in Morgantown, WV. We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional respiratory therapy services to our pediatric and neonatal patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all aspects of respiratory care including aerogen, Volara, cough assist, IPV, NAVA, Hamilton and Servo ventilators, airway management, and intrahospital transport.
• Assist in intubation procedures as required.
• Provide care primarily in the NICU or PICU settings.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RRT certification; CRT may be acceptable.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP for NICU.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a PICU or a Level 4 NICU.

Scheduling and Shift Details:

• 12-hour night shifts with weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Preference scheduling is permitted with a commitment of 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (weekends are Fri, Sat, and Sun).
• Shifts will be staffed with 8 RTs per shift.

Additional Information:

• Department-specific orientation will be provided, with the timeframe dependent upon previous experience.
• No call or standby call requirement.
• Floating requirements are not applicable.
