Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 19
- Staffing Ratio: 6:1 depending on patient census
- Day Shift Staff: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Type of Equipment: mechanical lift, sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Hiring Profile:
Must Have:
- Rehab / Med Surg experience
- IV experience
Preferred or Nice to Have:
- Wound care experience
- Stroke experience
- TBI experience
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Patient rehabilitation and recovery

Required Certifications:
- BLS
Floating Areas: CCU, Med Surg, ER
Dress Code: Scrubs in plain colors
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Every other weekend required.
